Since January 30, 2015 CMS has tried to move the PSR
services to EIDM. That system still is
not functioning properly. We have had
many clients go to the IACS help desk to change user passwords to be able to
run PSR on the old IACS System. This
process has been a hit or miss, with some clients being required to call the
Medicare Administrative Contractors (Palmetto GBA, CGS or NGS) to run the PSR’s
for them in order to be able to complete their Medicare Cost Reports.
Effective on April 15, 2015 CMS is Re-Enabling the IACS
registration function for the PS&R.

Hopefully we can now register new users and make changes to passwords to
allow provider access to their PSR.
